APICONNECT system integration for CPQ enables a fast and uncomplicated connection of your external CPQ application (camos) to your SAP S/4HANA system. This solution ensures efficient data exchange and optimally supports your business processes by ensuring centralized and consistent data management.

Efficient implementation and seamless data exchange

Business processes

Our solution is specially designed for the integration of subsystems. Since SAP as the leading system manages the master data, among other things, changes and new entries must be transferred to an external CPQ system (e.g. camos). This ensures that the CPQ system always works with the latest data.

In the CPQ system, you create a quotation or a sales order that is configured on the basis of product properties. These properties are translated in accordance with SAP to enable processing of the SAP sales document (e.g. control of the SAP Variant Configurator). Once the configuration is complete, the document is transferred to SAP via our web service interface, where it is processed taking all relevant checks into account. The generated SAP quotation or order number is reported directly back to the CPQ system and can be linked there.
