Many companies use ABC analysis to classify materials based on their consumption. With the APICON Data Master, this classification can now be automated - flexibly and rule-based.
The analysis is based on the previous year's consumption data and classifies materials into categories A, B or C. Individual if-then-else rules enable precise classification for each plant, which can be adapted to changing requirements at any time. The classification is then automatically stored on the material.
