With beautiful weather, this year’s APICON Forum 2019 kicked off once again at Hotel Kapellenberg in Eibelstadt near Würzburg. The forum focused on the theme: “The Digital Challenge – Error-Free Data in the Age of Digitalization.” After all, high-quality data is essential for profitable and reliable business processes at all times. Engaging and informative practical presentations on SAP data integration, maintenance, and modification showed how data quality and timeliness can be more efficiently measured, evaluated, and improved.
In his inspiring, lively, and highly humorous keynote, business expert Dr. Markus Reimer offered valuable insights on digitalization, knowledge, and innovation. Experts from Heraeus, Steiff, Continental / CPT Group, Hörmann, and ICCS shared their practical experiences with implementing and using APICON Data Master and the APICONNECT SAP integration. Our partners also presented their solutions and product innovations for digitalized processes – from sales to manufacturing – as part of the “News Flash” format.
The Franconian wine tasting in the evening provided the perfect opportunity for lively conversations and networking in a relaxed atmosphere at the “Romantic Barn” of the Leo Sauer winery.
On the second day, APICON’s management showcased new developments and features of APICON Data Master 2019 and offered a glimpse into future plans. The agenda concluded with in-depth workshops for users and prospective customers of the APICON software solutions, which played a key role this year. A total of nine workshops were held in three blocks of three sessions each, offering ideal conditions for interactive exchange.
